Take the time to exercise. As always, being able to sweat it off is always a very effective way of ensuring that you do not get to retain those unwanted flab on your body. This does not have to be hardcore too. Considering your age, you have to make sure as well that you are not overexerting yourself. Portion control is important. Some people obsess over the fact that they have been eating something that they should not when they should be more concerned of how much of it they were eating. It is the portion of the food you eat that will really count. Giving in to your cravings is not really a bad thing. Just ensure that you don't eat too much. Too much of everything is reasonably bad for you.

Keep track of the time that you've been eating too. Some people tend to have this habit of waking up in the middle of the night and while they are on peeking through the fridge, end up munching a bunch of stuff. Avoid this habit. It is best that you keep your eating hours up to until 6 o'clock in the evening only. There should be no good beyond that to allow the digestive system to function faster.

Make sure too, that you are getting enough sleep. People often forget that the key toward staying healthy and young looking is in being able to get as much rest as you can, the recommendations at least 6 hours of sleep every night. See to it that this is exactly what you are getting. This allows you to feel rested and energized as a result.

It is important o keep your stress at bay too. Remember, different people tend to have different coping methods when it comes to addressing these negative feelings; there are those that make up for such stressful feelings by spending more time in their kitchen. You cannot have that. A positive outlook in life is definitely going to help you avoid those stress eating sessions.

He is expected to have a good idea of the kind of health condition you have, he should be able to offer you some very helpful advice on what it is that you need to do to achieve the fitness goals that you have.
